What to do on a lazy summer Sunday? How about visit the lovely East Shores town of Milan, Ohio, for the Mid Summer Antiques Fest? On July 14, 2019, from 8am-4pm, the Town Square of Milan will fill up with more than 50 vendors eager to display their wares.
The fest is well-known and widely attended by people from all over the area and even other states! Vendors are not confined to any one type of antique – you will find primitive glassware, dolls, Americana, signs, military collectibles, china, furniture, car stuff, and the most popular category lately: Mid-Century!
A quote about last year’s festival: “This was an excellent show, found many uniquie items, and dealers were friendly, and willing to deal! Thanks for hosting such a nice true antique show!”
This Fest is a great way to spend the day – it’s family friendly, and you can learn so much by speaking with the friendly vendors. The businesses surrounding the Town Square are open for refreshments and additional shopping. There are plenty of shaded areas to rest, and the fest will take place rain or shine. Parking and admission are free.
Is the antique festival still planned or has it been cancelled for this year?
Debbie, as of now, as far as we know, no decision has been made for 2020. However, it’s still being advertised on the Shores & Islands website: https://www.shoresandislands.com/local/events/mid-summer-antiques-fest?id=34664
